Items may be returned if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement can be issued. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on demand, stock availability and postal services.
